For that many teams have shown great interest from Europe, Bayern Munich recently.
According to The Sun, the Germans are willing to increase Allin offer up to 98 million euros.
The Bavarians had tried earlier to the Englishman, but the offer was not satisfied Spurs.
Tottenham star has shown serious interest in Manchester United and Real Madrid.
Spurs, who are second behind Premier League leaders Chelsea, have made it clear they won't sell any of their high-profile assets until they've spent a season in their new stadium, which is due to open in the 2018-19 season.
Another challenge for the Bundesliga champions is chairman Daniel Levy's valuation of the 20-year-old.
Bundesliga champions Bayern have been aware of Alli's talents since he was just a teenager at MK Dons with some of the Munich hierarchy comparing him to World Cup winner Thomas Muller. After a somewhat muted start to the season, Alli has scored nine goals in his last nine games for Tottenham and will want to keep his impressive performance levels up when Spurs host Middlesbrough on 4 February.
However, negotiations are expected once again in the summer to hold off suitors which include Bayern, Real and PSG.
With White Hart Lane’s redevelopment set to be complete for the 2018-19 season, the report claims Spurs are intent on keeping their leading players – including Alli, Harry Kane, Danny Rose and Kyle Walker – for at least one season in the new stadium.
